Refunds and Returns Policy

 

Overview

At VICI, we are committed to providing high-quality tactical gear that meets your needs. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange items under the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Conditions

Eligibility: You may return an item for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Postmark Deadline: Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day return window. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Amount: Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item. This does not include any shipping fees.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item.

Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item.

 

Exchange Conditions

Eligibility: You may exchange an item for a different size within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process: Mail the item you wish to exchange to our returns address and include a note specifying the size you wish to exchange for.

Exchange Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item for exchange as well as for the shipping of the exchanged item.

Inventory Limitations: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you request is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at help@vici.red or call us at 877-306-2520 to notify us that you wish to return or exchange an item.
  2. Prepare Package: Securely package the item, including a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase, and a note if you are exchanging for a different size.
  3. Postmark & Ship: Mail the package using a trackable shipping method. Remember, the package must be postmarked within the 30-day return window.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange.

Exceptions

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
