We never use bonded or processed leather, which means that our belts won’t split, break, or crack either.

We are so confident in our uncompromised craftsmanship that if you ever find your gear ripping, tearing, folding, separating, sagging, rolling, or stretching too much, just send it back and we will replace it with the same size you ordered.

What is covered under the lifetime warranty?

This warranty applies to the materials and construction of the product under intended wear and use. Our leather belts are designed to be worn with pants and to support suitable gear like holsters and utility equipment meant for belt attachment.

Please note that accidents such damage from animals, chemical spills or other misuse are not included and will void the warranty.

My belt has stretched out a LOT. Is this covered?

Any stretching over 1.5 inches that occurs during intended use is covered. Please note that the holes on leather belts will naturally stretch a bit under normal use.

Belts damaged by water voids the warranty, so any stretching caused by water damage is not covered. 

I lost one of the screws. Is this covered?

Our warranty covers buckles and screws in case of breakage or failure, and we’ll provide replacements at no cost.

If you experience recurring issues with screws loosening, applying a few drops of clear nail polish or loctite to the threads before installation can prevent future loosening.

Please note that all belt buckles with finishes or plating will eventually show signs of wear, so these cosmetic issues are not covered by the warranty.

My belt was soaked in water for a while. Is this covered?

While our leather belts are suitable for wearing in various weather conditions including rain or snow, leather products are not well-suited for prolonged exposure to water.

If your belt is consistently soaked and dried, it may sustain damage. Additionally, if the belt has been excessively exposed to water or stored improperly in damp areas, it will void the warranty.

Can I punch holes in my belt?

Yes you can, but it will void the warranty.

My belt buckle looks scratched up and worn. Is this covered?

Our warranty covers buckles that have broken or failed. However, all belt buckles with finishes or plating will eventually show signs of wear, so these cosmetic issues are not covered by the warranty.

My product isn't made anymore, what happens now?

If the product you’ve purchased is no longer in stock, we offer the option of a full refund or a credit that can be applied toward a different style.

Please ensure that all returned items are in new and unworn condition. We recommend checking the sizing of your belt before wearing it by wrapping it around your waist and overlapping it before fastening.
